GENERAL
Is this different from apartment living?
Absolutely—you get the privacy, space, and feel of a home, without the responsibilities of owning one.
What does “maintenance-free” mean?
It means we take care of routine and major maintenance like lawn care, exterior repairs, and home systems—so you don’t have to.
Who handles maintenance requests?
Our professional maintenance team handles requests quickly and efficiently. Residents can easily submit requests online through our resident portal or by calling our office.
Is there on-site management?
Yes! We have an on-site community manager and leasing consultant. Our team is committed to taking care of our residents and prospective residents.
What schools are in your district?
We are in Mt. Vernon School District.
UTILITIES AND PAYMENTS
Are there additional fees?
There is a $185 community bundle fee, which includes all lawn care, snow removal, internet, pest control, and trash removal.
Are utilities included?
Internet will be included in the community bundle fee. Water, electric, and gas are separate and must be set-up by residents through corresponding utility companies. Sewer will be billed directly on the online portal at a flat rate from the provider.
IN YOUR HOME
Do I still get a private yard?
Yes—maintenance-free doesn’t mean yard-free! You get a private yard without the hassle of upkeep. AND some homes have fenced in back yards.
Do all homes have garages?
Yes! Each home has a two-car attached garage. Each home also has extended driveways to comfortably fit up to four cars in the driveway.
Do your apartments have in-home laundry?
Yes! All homes are equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.
Is lawn care included?
Yes! Lawn mowing, edging, and seasonal upkeep are included so you can enjoy your yard without the work. And each home has an irrigation system.
What about snow removal?
Snow removal for common areas, driveways, and sidewalks when snowfall reaches 2 inches.
PETS
Are pets allowed?
A "home of comfort" often includes the comfort of a loving pet. Our community is pet-friendly & offers pet perks for our four-legged residents. Pets must be commonly recognized as an accepted domestic pet and must be spayed or neutered. Residents are responsible for having dogs leashed at all times and cleaning up after their pets. Stop by the office to learn about specific pet policies.
Are there breed restrictions?
Breed Restrictions are as follows: Tosa Inu/Ken, American Bandogge, Cane Corso, Rottweiler, Doberman, Pit Bull, Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Boer Boel, Gull Dong, Basenji, Mastiff, Perro de Presa Canario, Fila Brasiliero, Wolf Hybrid, Caucasian Oucharka, Alaskan Malamutes, Kangal, German Shepard, Shepard, Chow, Spitz, Akita, Reptiles, Rabbits and Pot Bellied Pigs. Mixed breeds containing these bloodlines are also prohibited.
